A prescription is submitted against a product and stored encrypted. Orders with a prescription-only line get a Prescription Review step.
Wholesalers and distributors
Retail, trade, wholesale and special are four separate price lists. A new trade account is refused at sign-in until someone approves it.
Shops that deliver with their own riders
Riders accept jobs from WhatsApp and cannot close a delivery without the four-digit code. You onboard a courier by adding a phone number.
