1. Acceptance of Terms

Regisam Technologies provides ICT consultancy services including web design, web development, digital marketing, graphic design, product management, network setup, and CCTV installation. Specific terms for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Regisam Technologies Ventures and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Upon full payment for a project, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Regisam Technologies retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities

- Providing accurate and complete information required to deliver the agreed services.
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Ensuring they have the rights to any content, images, or materials provided to us.
- Making payments according to the agreed schedule.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work commences. Late payments may attract interest or result in suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Regisam Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Warranties
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
